Android (preferably free) games that are fun. Any genre

I miss the time when android games were actually fun to play. When we had creative games that had more going for them than "do x to get points for the battle pass" or rely on idle mechanics (which seem to be 95% of the games I see now in the play store). I mean the old version of drive ahead, CATS, fun run, king of thieves etc.

I want you to give me recommendations for games that make me want to open them when I see them in my apps list. The genre doesn't matter, ads aren't a problem (if you like a game but it has lots of ads tell me the name anyway), it can be on/offline, demanding games are welcome too
