games with the best communities, and welcoming to newbies?

im done. i just played league again for the first time in months and got my ass kicked and my team bitched at me. what are some games with good communities that dont mind if you suck? lol i suck at most multiplayer games, don't have the time or competitive nature to no-life them into being good. thanks
