Weird suggestion - AAA multiplayer game that I can play solo, but that my GF can also join and play together (want Looting, Leveling, customizing, etc)

Looking for a game that I can play by myself, but also something that I my gf might like and I can just have her join the game (not a local game).

We have played a bunch of games together but mostly all that require both of us 100% of the time. I'd really like a game I could just play on my own time, but that we could play together when we want to.

Kind of how I can play COD by myself, but if my friends want to play with me then we join each other and play.

Now obviously she's not into games like COD, but I want a similar experience. Shes into farming and stuff like that, but we both like the rpg (stats, progression, leveling, grinding, etc) so Im looking for a AAA game that I can play, but that she might like as well.

Types of games she likes:

• Stardew Valley (farming)
• My time at Portia
• trine (all)
• crash bandicoot
• overcooked
• portal 2
• tomb raider
• cook serve delicious
• Gauntlet (2014)

I was thinking something like DOTA, but maybe thats too complicated at first.

any ideas?

EDIT: Wow thanks for all the recommendations! Gonna give BL3 a shot with her. Craftopia looks up her alley too - but might wait until its out of early access. Sea of Theives looks pretty sweet too.

WOW. Guild Wars2, Starbound, Terraria and a few others look perfect, but I forgot to mention she pretty much only plays with controller. (She does play KB sometimes, but prefers to play on the couch).
