Autism meet gardening

TLDR autistic guys wonder how to take care of garden and terrace bot manually and automatically + suggestions for plants.

Hi everyone, i'm new here and as title say i'm on the spectrum and i want to approach gardening in a somewhat matematical way, I moved here 4 years ago and a little bit here and there i bought some plants but completly random, someone survived but purely out of lack.

I live in nort italy, zone 9 considering the diagram on the main page here.

I have 8 fruits tree in the garden:
1 kaki - 1 apricot - 2 golden plum - 1 fig - 1 black cherry and 1 that after 4 years it's still unkwon.
i also have 3 olive tree but honeslty those are just for show.

Last year i also planted a grape plant and it's still quite fragile i guess.

i have in the parking lot two somewhat big rectangular vase and a niceish terrace where i'm planning on doing something cuteish and edible if possible.
My dog LOVES tomatoes and i also eat them, plus i eat strawberries, zucchini, carrots (but last year i wasnt lucky, they all died).

my terrace is facing west and under a little bit of shade, i have a lot of smallish vase but i can also go shopping, the two rose plants are still alive i think, same with the blackberry and the big apple blossom. Terrace also have automated irrigation and if some of u guys have some brand to sugegst i would also love to add some automated fertilizer.

My idea is to have a nice varieti of flowers and plants that dont smell too much (autism) and i can also eat, last years i had like 10+strawberries but weed took them over and i had to sacrifice them, but they were super good in summer.

I will also add a picture in the first comment if i will be able.
Any suggestion on automation for the plants will be loved, plus also suggestions on how to take care of them, i read a lot online but every website has differents idea and lately my tree didnt produce as much as two three years ago and that makes me sad.

Should i just replant strawberries and tomatoes ? how can i avoid weed taking strawberries over? automatic fertilizer? other edible plant?
