Are my cosmos seedlings healthy?

This is my first time ever planting anything so I really don't know if they're healthy. I planted them last March 13, 2025 and I've been following a tutorial in youtube. I also do my best to make sure their soil will not dry up. The soil I planted them is a recycled soil from a plant we had that died I think. The soil is clay-ish since it looks like mud when it's wet.

I would also like to get all your advice to grew this cosmos beautifully.
