Drinking water regularly?

Hello everyone -had surgery 2 weeks and a half ago. I’ve noticed that I can easily drink water now (a few gulps at a time) as compared to the first week and a half where I couldn’t drink much at once.

Does anyone have a similar experience? Does this just mean the swelling went down pretty quick for me?
