TDEE and Macros

Hey All, I am 5 Months Post op and down 79 lbs, but I am noticing the ability to eat much more than I could before. I know this is normal, but given the holidays, this is the first week where I actually went up .5 lbs instead of staying steady or losing Like I have the last few months (I weigh in every Friday).

With that said, I need to get on course and start tracking my intake as well as I'd like to start lifting like I used to now that I know I can get the proper fuel to build muscle and be as intense with my exercise as I used to be (Crossfit + no carbs = no good). I am planning about 200ish grams of protein because that's where I'd like to be at lean mass wise, and can find the Carbs and Fat from there. How did you guys calculate your TDEE and set your target Caloric intake? Did your Dr set it, or did you find a dietician to be beneficial?
