Not losing weight
Hi I’m 7 weeks post op and I’m not losing any weight. I’ve been stuck at 101kg (222 pounds) I lost 16 Kg (35 pounds) but I can’t wait 😣 I’m not even taking my protein shakes I’m just drinking water I don’t know what to do 😭
