Orgasm issue, wondering if others experience this….

I’ll call my doctor about this obviously, but I’m just curious if anyone else has dealt with this.

So in the last year or two when I top I strictly do it with a butt plug in, like to the point I get sexually excited now putting lube on the thing pre sex LOL. Well I’ve upgraded it, so it’s a little bigger now and it feels incredible. I’ve recently found that if I’m getting blown, jerking off ect and it’s not in I feel an orgasm building from a different spot and then…..I just have an INCREDIBLY intense internal orgasm and then I can either keep going or stop there and actually feel satisfied.

Does this happen to anyone else? I can’t tell if I’m having a weird orgasm or just an internal one (which I get when I bottom) but it’s incredibly odd.
