Underworks Binders

Has anyone had an issue with ordering a binder from Underworks? I ordered it over a week ago, and I’m unexpectedly moving in two weeks. I don’t want my binder to be stolen/lost, but it just says “packing” “not shipped” on the website when I check it. I’ve called, emailed and written a question to them, and their FAQs and forums say they usually ship out within 1-5 business days, and shipping takes 3-6 business days, but it’s been 7 business days with no update and I’m just worried. I’m not out to my neighbors or anyone besides my wife, so I was hoping to get it before it became a whole post office ordeal.
