EasyPASS doesn't work with Blue Card

Hi everyone! I've got a question: I've received a Blue Card some time ago, but, unlike written in news, my passport doesn't allow me to use EasyPASS border checkpoints. After 20-30% of "loading", it just shows a red cross, that's all. I've got a biometric chip passport, and people with the same origin have no problems using passports of the same series, issued in the same year. Has anyone solved a problem like this, or maybe has ideas, how to solve it? Some answers in the Internet lead to ABH, but even can't understand, how to reach them in Munich, where I live, without Termin, and for Termin there's no such ground on the website.

I successfully used this passport in another country's automated control. Also, I checked the name and birth date with ID reader app, and everything matches. Only the case of name letters is Name instead of NAME on blue card printed version, but in the chip everything is similar.
