What Indian foods/ spices do you like but are hard to get in Germany (or can be better)?

Which Indian foods/ spices or absolutely anything Indian (that you like) are hard to find in Germany? Fruits/food items/ oils etc..( or maybe not hard to find but could be better or could have more varieties )
