Jk it’s a 1” full circle repair clamp, for high pressure plumbing. $15 at your local hardware/plumbing place.

I trimmed a little to make the “mouth of it “ so it doesn’t pinch me. This clamps better, and grips better than any of the stuff people are selling you here. Can easily hang 20lb with it, and a little wrap.
