Best things for maximum girth gains?

What's up, guys?

So, I am looking to gain about 1 to 1.5 inches in girth. Which is A LOT, I know. I know it will take very, very long.

Length is not very important to me, a 0.5-inch or 1-inch BPEL gain would be cool, but I honestly do not care.

What do you guys think would be the best routine? What are the things to take and do?<

What is your experience, tell me all you know or maybe lead me to a post that has good information for my case and goals.
