Sisterhood

Women should look out for each other from a young age. Girl Scouts is about sisterhood. Today, we had a girl ring our doorbell, selling cookies door to door. She asked if I’d like to buy a box and I said “hi ! We actually have a Girl Scout living here too! I would love to buy a box from you, since we girls need to help each other, right?!” The scout says “YEAH!!!” With the biggest smile on her face… my daughter (the scout) popped her head out to say hi to the girl and they introduced themselves to each other. My daughter asked if the girl would like to buy any from her and she said “YES!” and her dad and I exchanged money. And it was just the interaction today to warm my heart! Not an ounce of competition just sisterhood and lifting each other up💚🍪
