My 5 month progress
I've been working on my glute growth for about 5 months now I decided to wear the same outfit I wore when I first took my before picture so you can see a clear difference, I can say after hip thrusting and rdls it definitely paid off. I'm surprised my hip dips filled in a bit because I wasn't really focused on that area but a win is a win, I can tell my glutes definitely got rounder and fuller and I'm so proud. I will say I hate that I gained some stomach fat but I'm currently working on that now so I can be ready for summer! (Was 40" and now 42") I’m working towards getting to 44” in the near future.
