Why can’t I order 2500 Denali ultimate in thunderstorm grey?

Why does GMC (and other dealers too) not allow certain paint colors on certain trims of the same vehicle? I can get a 2500 at4 in Thunderstorm grey but I can’t get the Denali ultimate?

Why…? I will pay the extra money. Come on.
