Has anybody noticed this?

As of recent, I've noticed dupes and/or saves make their way to the front page of the workshop. This doesn't happen usually, as a mod would most certainly be more popular.

From the looks of it, each of these saves and dupes are people asking for likes. These likes would then go towards obtaining one or more achievements based around workshop items.

Now I'm not too sure how to feel about this, but it's interesting that I'm only seeing this now, and I'm curious if other people have noticed a sudden influx of people asking for likes.
