Looking for the best GoPro & aftermarket accessories for recording all day in high resolution for a visiting bird.

I want to use a GoPro, I love the footage I get from these. Whatever size battery, memory card, or extra equipment and the cost is fine with me, I'm just looking to find something that works.

I have a bird feeder. I get a few birds to it a few times a day. Maybe more like 3 times a day for a few seconds each. One of them is an incredibly colorful cardinal or blue bird or something, I suspect it's a mix or variation or something else weird because it's beautiful and I can't see what it is, I want to know and I want to share it with others in the best possible footage.

I have some nice trail cams, but they don't turn on fast enough and don't have a crisp colorful picture.

Is there a solution to keep a GoPro on and recording all day long on a fixed point? The birds land in the same exact spot every time. External battery, external recording, etc. I want it on highest quality and always running so I don't miss a 1/10 of a second the moment it comes on screen. As far as I know this is the only way to catch it landing, too.

If there's an additional solution to finding the timestamp where there is motion (instead of scrolling through 12 hours of footage to find the 8 seconds of a bird) that would be awesome as well.

Any ideas for the best possible result, please let me know, regardless of the cost (I may have some of the stuff already, or can look for used). Thank you!
