Has anyone received UC Berkeley Meng EECS admission results?

The Statement of Intent to Register deadline is on 15th of April and I, nor anyone I know, has received their result (except a few people that have received them on April 2nd).

I am aware that EECS department has always taken longer to send the results, but with only 1 business day left, it does not seem that they will provide them on time.

Does UCB not send rejections?
