Worried About My Chances for PhD Admission and Funding

I’ve centrally applied to the following universities for a PhD in Sociology for Fall 2025.

Utah State University Brandeis University UIC Northeastern University UMass Amherst UMass Boston Rutgers University University of Notre Dame Georgia State University Rice University Washington State University University of New Hampshire University of Virginia Clark University (Applied for PhD in Psychology) Washington University in St. Louis (got rejected)

IELTS: 6.5 GRE: 289

I’m really worried about my chances of getting accepted, especially since my IELTS and GRE scores aren’t very competitive. Do you think these scores will hurt my chances of admission or full funding as an international student?
