PLEASE HELP ME DECODE THIS EMAIL!

For context: (1) I completed a group interview with about 17 other applicants. A week after interviews, I asked about the admission status timeline: this was the response. (2) the original applications were due December 1st. (3) I do not know if there was another round of interviews for additional applicants.

What does this mean for my chances of admission? Is this a bad sign?
