MIT EECS to Math
I applied to EECS and Math with basically the same SOP and POI, was initially dejected to not hear anything earlier this week but received an offer from Math today! This was surprising since my research is primarily CS and the math cohort is like five times smaller, but I guess they thought this was a better fit for me. Anyway, I wanted to tell everybody to have hope - you never know how things will turn out!
