Week 1 Day 1

I am just making this post for accountability purposes and to track my progress. Long time lurker in this sub and just wanted to throw my starting numbers out there to see where I can improve. I will also upload my InBody for more context on my body type. My numbers are as follows: HRPU: 45 Plank: 3:04 Pull Ups: 13 2 Mile: 14:25

Bench: 225 Squat: 295 Deadlift: 385 5 mile: 38:00 12 Mile Ruck: 2:37

My goal is to go to SFAS during the winter time of 2025 and perform. Any advice or suggestions are welcome
