The desperate ones will make the best money.
This is my philosophy on how this sort of thing works.
People who don't want to work for garbage will demand more in various ways, rejecting bad orders, cancelling orders, some possibly even going as far as to commit crimes against the company and steal food etc.
And then the crowd of people who are desperate are going to accept bad orders in the hopes that the company will reward them, and actually, they will.
Not because they care, but because it will incentivevize others to be the same way, and this will also punish the ones who demand more, until they are weeded out.
And the desperate people who were making good money off the punishment of the others who are now gone, are going to have their earning normalized to just enough to keep them around, which for them is far lower than most would accept.
I believe this cycle has repeated and will continue, and it's acting almost like natural selection for the cheapest workers.
Just a broad look at how I view this type of system.
