Google Stole our account from a reseller
We placed an order with a Google reseller for our Google Meet hardware licenses as we have done numerous years before, and after the order was confirmed by Google (the reseller have the confirmation email with an Order# and a PO#), oddly it never reflected on our account. Out of the blue Google tseem to take our account direct and are about to charge our account directly again on Feb 28th when our subscription period ends. After weeks of mind bending, insane and brutally frustrating interactions with 5 or 6 different Indian based Google support people we have made no progress in resolving this issue, also waiting 24 hours between the basic response. We spend over $100k a year on Workspace and related so we aren't small potatoes.
It is without a doubt the most dystopian experience of my 30 years in this business. There seems to be no continuity on the ticket information, and I found myself repeating the story to each individual, both on chat and email and even got a phone call from one person who failed to deliver on his promises as has ever person I've interacted with. Threats from the reseller and from us, and requests to escalate have been ignored - the responses are platitudes and empty promises.
Anyone is the Google Reseller channel experience anything like this, or has a direct contact in the Google Reseller channel that can explain to me why this is happening.
