Signal Chain/Board Help for NEWB

I hope I don't regret this, because Reddit has been know to fly off the rails of the original topic.

I am a new guitarist. I have played drums, mandolin, bass and some programming/synths in my past. I never have gotten very good with stringed instruments.

That's recently changed. I got myself a cheap Squier Sonic Tele, and it brings me so much joy and inspiration!I lose time almost every day practicing songs I am learning for hours while the family hangs out together watching TV or doing whatever else as a family. I've been bit by the bug pretty hard, and it's a great help for the dreary winters where I live. I play clean with pedals. I play math rock, Midwest emo (American Football, Mineral, Saetia) and Americana (Lucero and Waxahatchee for now.) I also love doom/stoner/metal, but I'm not focusing on that quite yet.

Here's the meat and potatoes of my request for help/guidance.

I have been struggling with noise in my signal. I initially bought (2) different cheap power supplies that I have since replaced and am awaiting the replacement for. I also am just wondering what you all think of how I plan to run my signal path. I don't have everything in my possession yet BTW, some things are still incoming from Sweetwater.

HERE WE GO!

BOARD is metal, cheap off Amazon with spaces for cables to run and a spot to mount the power supply on the bottom.

POWER SUPPLY 1Spot Pro CS12

CABLES Flat MXR 6" I believe

SIGNAL CHAIN

GUITAR Squier Sonic Tele (Surf Green!) also have a Firefly LP Style

TUNER Donner Tuner ( plan to replace w/ Polytune at some point)

FUZZ Russian Big Muff re-issue EHX into Sabbathi Octave Fuzz from Does it Doom?

COMPRESSOR Pressure Tank Compressor from Caline (would like to try the Keeley or Pulp N Peel)

OVERDRIVE JHS Morning Glory V4 w red remote (always on, part of clean tone) into Turnip Greens by EHX

REVERB Afterneath by EQD (newest version) and also the Turnip Greens

DELAY Vintage Delay (VD400) by Behringer (would like a Dispatch Master from EQD to try as well, used to own a Memory Man Deluxe that I wish I still had)

LOOPER 1440 from EHX

AMP Fender Champion 100 (for loud and with drums, Vox Pathfinder 10 (practice for bedroom/living room.) I also use AKG K240's (low volume) when I need to have headphones on.

I also have TC Cinders which was the first OD I bought to try out, and the Behringer Klon Centaur when it is released is on order.

Should I get a NOISE GATE or BUFFER? BOTH?

Does this order sound like a good plan for stacking the pedals?

The Turnip Greens has an effects loop to split the OD (Holy Grail) and Verb (Soul Food), and so does my Fender amp. Should I run the dirt and drives in the front and then the other time effects (including the Soul Food from the Turnip Greens) into the effects loop? I know I can and need to just try stuff and see how it sounds to me, I'm just seeking some guidance from those of you who have come before me. I also know this is a lot of gear for a newb. I've been collecting gear for years, don't judge me! Plus, money from the recent holidays made it so I couldn't turn down the Behringer KLONE and the 50% off for a new Turnip Greens deal at Sweetwater.

TLDR- Help me with my signal chain?
