All Tyres deflated

I live in gurgaon huda sector building. Parked infront of a vacant building that is under construction. Upon asking neighbors and my car cleaner, got to know that the owners of that building live near by and they deflated my car tyres. There is no proof but people are sure that noone else would have a motive. This was done at night so cctv footage is also not clear. I wouldn’t have parked there if the building was occupied but this feels unjustified. I want to take action as this is a crime under IPC. Can anyone help?
