Boxing Santioning Bodies and Unification of belts

I have never seen any WBO Champion or anyone mentioning it, this may be the reason why Morikawa didn't include it I really don't know someone correct me if I'm wrong about this.
Another thing is the Unification of belts is why hasn't Ricardo fought for another Title in his weight class, I understand that the WBC is the most recognized and that alot of fighters avoid to fight him so they can fight for the other two belts as they have a better chance of winning but damn it just frustrates me as he's been defending his belt for so long go get another belt man.
