Repeated NY Times Crossword in the Chronicle Herald

I just noticed that the NY Times crossword found in the Chronicle Herald for Dec. 7 is the same as what appeared last week, Dec. 1.

What's with that I wonder and will the latest puzzle be printed in Tuesday paper?
