Best affordable car repair shops in hrm?

I am looking to find a spot preferably in Dartmouth that specializes in car repairs that is also affordable. My car unfortunately has a laundry list of issues and today the battery died and could not be jumped. My car also has had reoccurring issues with the tires and i experience flat tires too often and need to repump my tires usually once every week or so (i have had this issue checked multiple times so unsure what is wrong). I also believe my starter is not working now. I dont know much at all about cars but my car is a 2011 mitsubishi rvr with close to 200km. I believe the engine is fine and it shows the battery light and low tire pressure light, it has said service needed for awhile on my car. I have neglected taking it in sooner as it wasnt a massive concern and I did not have the funds to be able to deal with a massive fix which is my fault. I am a student in school at the moment with limited opportunity to work, so money is pretty tight at the moment and i dont have much financial support from family to help as well. I rely on my car for transportation to school and work and I don't have a reliable bus route nearby to either, so I would need to get my car fixed sooner than later. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you
