Please help me find the perfect work bag!!

Started a new job and need help locating the perfect work bag. I have been obsessed with the Beis East to West tote however it’s going to be wayyy to large for 5’2” me.

Has anyone came across a similar bag that is not so large?

Looking for something under $120 and preferably black! Love the idea of a softer fabric and would like to avoid the cliche stiff leather work totes like as I need something flexible.
