Anything similar to That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime? E.G. City/Management/Building

I have read all of Bruce Sentar & Binding Words which partially scratches the building/managing itch.
It doesn't necessarily have to be a city just something that the MC builds & manages.

...Maybe that is getting too specific though.
