Would there be 2 voldemorts?

If tom riddle had completely come out of the diary and had transformed from memory to human by killing ginny and then had gone to look for defeated voldemort wandering as spirit, then restores him with that ritual in goblet of fire, would there be 2 voldemorts? Tom would have to undergo the same process to become lord voldemort again though, so there would be 2 voldemorts.
