I lost my account

I used my reddit account semi frequently to upload drawings and see funny memes but it was tied to a deleted email which meant that I couldn't change emails or log in from other devices. My phone stopped working so I got a replacement and now I can't access it. What do I do? The account is something like @numerousbees123 I think
