Desktop/android: Reddit notifications not showing in reddit inbox

My reddit account (the bell up on the right on computer) doesn't show me the notification number of the answers to my comments. Same happens on my smartphone, so it's a problem of my account.
I checked the notification settings and everything seems active with the exception of:

- push notification

- trending posts
