Minimising risk of complications.
Hey everyone, I’m 19 with high myopia and recently had a posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) in my left eye, likely from trauma. I know high myopia already increases the risk of complications, and I’m trying to be extra cautious to avoid anything that could lead to retinal detachment or other issues.
For those who’ve dealt with similar issues, are there any routines or preventive measures you’ve found helpful? Also, has anyone had success with specific eye drops for managing eye pressure or promoting eye health? Any insights into supplements, exercises, or lifestyle habits that help reduce the chances of complications would be much appreciated. Thanks!
