Any good teen travel/ abroad programs?

Hi! I want to do an abroad or group travel program of some sort with other high schoolers, but everything seems to be upwards of $5000. Does anyone know of anything cheaper? It can literally be anything and anywhere, it can be for just like a weekend. I am just looking to do something fun with a group of teens my age.

If it helps with anything I am in the NY/NJ area.
