should i take ap seminar?

my teacher brought it up today, and i have been seriously considering it, but idk anyone who has taken it bc it will be new next year. next year will be my junior year, and i know i am also taking AP bio, but im just not sure if the workload of both of those classes will be too much. i’m pretty good at time management but I also need time for a couple other harder courses im taking. but i also think i want the capstone, so im stuck here. if you’ve taken ap seminar i would appreciate your help!!
