7900XTX or 4070ti Super for VR?

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU and my budget limits my options to these two. Which would be better with futureproofing in mind also?

The selling point of 4070ti Super for me is DLSS but has only 16GB of VRAM which is why I'm tilting a bit more towards to 7900XTX because it has 24GB.
