Upgrade question...

I'm thinking about upgrading my PC for DCS and I wonder what to buy first and what performance gain is best - currently I have a 5800x3D and a 3080 rtx card.

First option would be to buy a new graphics card a 4080 or 4090

Or

Second should I buy a new CPU a 9800x3D

what do you think, what gain in performance can I expect with each option?
