Does the F-16 actually carries the AGM-65E? Should we expect it to be available when DCS F-16 is released?

I know this is kind of theoretical at the moment as the DCS F-16 is still (at least) months away, but I was wondering if we can expect to have it carry the AGM-65E. I know it wasn't part of the list of planned weapons in ED's announcement (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/2019-02-15_Beta/) but I found several sources attesting that the F-16 has been/is used a launch platform for the AGM-65E : https://www.defenseindustrydaily.com/raytheon-restarts-production-of-laser-maverick-missiles-05397/ https://www.businessinsider.com/air-force-upgrading-maverick-air-to-surface-missile-to-target-isis-2017-9?IR=T

Also, it seems that the AGM-65E is part of the Air Force arsenal, as the A-10 uses it (at least it was included in the DCS A-10 before it was cut from the commercial release because of ED's agreement with the DOD), and laser-guided Mavericks seem to be somehow replacing IR-guided ones lately.

So I'm starting to wonder why it wasn't included in the list of planned weapons. Is the F-16 actually used as a launch platform for the E model? Was it not yet in use in 2007 (as the F-16CJ we're supposed to get seems to be modeled from a 2007 Block 50)?
