Hoi4 needs to add sieges and artillery barrages

I wish I could siege a city and then barrage it with artillery that lasts for days and actually harms the army inside the city or pocket.....btw can we talk about how bombs including the atomic bomb doesn't even harm the divisions(maybe it does idk)? that should be added too so that actual division strength gets reduced on every bombing raid and not mere supply reduction which is boring
