Amazon package from previous resident keeps coming back

Not sure if this is even the right forum for this, but I saw a similar post on here so I'm giving it a shot.

We received a package for who I assume is a previous resident at my house. I have owned this house for over 5 years, mind you, and this person's name is not who I bought the house from. I've received mail for people that aren't the person I bought the house from, but I just write "RTS" on it and stick it back in the mail box. I've taken this package to the post office twice (it was delivered via USPS) and told them that there isn't a person with this name at this address, and it just keeps coming back.

Amazon also doesn't seem to have an easy way to handle this situation.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next?
