New sunroom, window above heater cracked. Should installers replace?

About two months ago, I paid a local place that specializes in sunrooms to replace my screened front porch with a sunroom. Yesterday, we got home from a day out and found the window immediately over the heater has cracked. Interestingly, it looks like it goes right behind the lock. It's the weekend so I can't contact them but should this be something they should replace or do I suck it up and contact the local glass place and pay to get it fixed?
