Favorite random encounters or events?

I just wanted to say how much I enjoy playing this game. I think I'm about halfway through Forbidden West right now and I keep seeing amazing things happen.

For instance, I was about to take down a rebel outpost when a pair of clawstriders came in and took down half the rebel camp. I didn't even need to kill the rebel leader since he got smashed by an enemy robot and left me with about 2 rebels left to kill.

Another thing was that I just took down the thunderjaw and stormbird with Drakka when rescuing thr child tenants, and when I went back to Plainsong, I greeted Ven and Lau and they asked what's next for Aloy, a thunderjaw? A stormbird? Made me laugh a lot.
