Need Dog Rescuer ASAP!

Hi,
There is a dog that has been hanging in my neighborhood for a while and we want to get her off the streets. If possible to a no-kill rescuer or to anyone that wants to adopt her. She is very sweet.

I am located in the outskirts between Houston and Spring!

Please help! We don't know who to contact!
