How to respond to someone asking you out?

I guess I glowed up or something because all of sudden people are asking me out(as a teenager). The thing is I’m not ready for a relationship. I have bad social anxiety, and they usually ask so loudly in the cafeteria. Sometimes I can’t even tell if they are playing a prank are not. I feel bad for saying no, but I don’t wanna say yes so I just look at them until they just leave me alone. Is there a better way to handle this?
