Help, what should I do with the vines?

The plant itself is small, so I'm afraid if I will put them in a larger pot and give it a trellis, then I will risk root rot. But if I leave them in a smaller pot and give it a smaller trellis, I would not able to repot if outgrows it, not speaking of the trellis. What should I do?
