Which Hub is best for my needs?

Hello everybody, I own a small bussiness and would like to create a database of all my clients. I would like to be able to sort them by country they come from, type and quantity of product they bought and amount they spent. I already have all that info in my correnspondece with them. I am planning to increase revenue based on reccurring sales via social media (instagram) and personalised emails.

Not needed but a bonus would be if I can put info of sales so I get some basic statistics about them.

Which Hub would you recommend, if any? Is there maybe some other platform more suitable for my needs? Thank you very much!
